I think my favorite thing is the screened in porch. My 2 cats love it too. It is the largest apartment that I have seen especially for the amount of money we pay in rent. Overall pretty nice. Occasionally there is more noise than I'd like and the neighborhood isn't always the best but otherwise it is good.
