We still live here and won't be able to move out until next year. The remodeling work they are doing right now is taking forever. They remodel the pool area, but all I could tell they did was paint. The shower drain in the women's restroom still hasn't been fixed and it will back-up at times. Smoke is a problem if you are down wind and have a neighbor who smokes on their deck or even if they just have their living room patio window open. If you just have your bedroom window open the smoke will get in your apartment. The windows are nice. We are on the third floor (thank goodness) but the insultion is poor here so being on the 1st or 2nd floor would be bad. We can hear the person next door on the same floor walking around. We had leaking that took them awhile to figured out where it was coming from, but that was fixed. When they remodeled the apartment below us they cut the phone lines and when we called that are phones weren't working they claim it couldn't be from that. Quest couldn't find anything wrong in our apartment. We were without phone services for a week. It wasn't until I told Quest about the remodeling downstairs that Quest found that the wires had been cut. Quest actually came though. It took us 1 1/2 years to get the heat fixed here. It would get to 80 degree. We called repeating, but everyting they tried didn't work until just about a month ago they replaced the heating liners. Changing their name from Stagecoach to Emerald Park hasn't help much. The apartment is roomy and meets our needs. You only get one garage space for a two bed-room, but it is free. Heat is included which is a plus. It isn't the worst place to live, but it isn't the best place either. I would rate this place slightly below average (mostly because of the maintenace crew having more maintenace skills). C-
