I'm pretty sure a new management company took over a very poor management company, but someone did not stay on top of maintenece. When i first took a tour the woman showed me a beutful two bedroom with new carpeting and a new kitchen floor, and i took it. I didn't even think to ask why. the dishwasher leaked everyother time we used it and the mantainence crew kept coming and cleaning the seal and blaming us rather than just replacing the washer, after 12 months(we have a 13 mo lease) they FINALLY replaced the dishwash. Why didn't they replace the machine when they replaced the flooring' Lots and lots of other things break, at least one new thing every week for the first 8 months, now it's down to the tub always being clogged. The new company is spending about $4 million to fix up the buildings but not doing basic maintainence of the units themselves.
Although the first air conditioner we had they replaced it very quickly, then had problems with it leaking into the apartment.
The apartment is nice if it wasn't for all the maintainence issues.
