We lived here for 7 months and moved out the end of April. We recently got our "deposit statement" and only had to pay $25 for oven cleaning. There was also a $275 charge for holes in the wall by the master shower (which is just a stall) that we absolutely know we were not resonsible for. I called immediately and let them know we did not do this and that we hastily had filled out the walk thru form on move in day because our friends were waiting outside with the u-haul. They said they walked thru the apartment before we were there and the holes were not there according to their papers. Kathryn said she would call back after looking into it further. She never called me back. I called back 3 weeks later and she said the only way we could settle is reconciliation court. If you plan to move here, make sure to fill out the walk-thru entirely as this could be their way of making money!!!!
