I worked and lived at this property and I have to say the property itself was good but she was the reason I had to go. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. she tries to act like heather locklear on melrose place, she dresses like an 18 year old thats 50 something and she tries to act some what professional but is far from it. I thought the maitnence was very thourough but maybe thats cause i worked as a grounds keeper. My rent was free but having to deal with her telling me I could not have guest over night more than 3 nights when my family was from out of town, her gossiping about everyone, I knew what every person in the whole complex did weather it was good or bad. she will talk bad about everyone she can. She is a control freak from hell and i would never let my worst enemy live there if she was the manager. plan on your life being pure hell from the day you move in. I am telling you Do not move to emerald park if Kathleen is still there.
