I have lived at this residence for almost a year now. I have not had any problems with the management so far other than a few minor things. When we moved in our deck had some serious damage to a few boards and they have still not been replaced. I was surprised as that damage should have been taken care of before we even moved in. I have not called to remind them to take care of it. If I were to call and it wasn't handled then it would be worse. Rent is good, overall it feels like a safe place to live. My only complaint is the noise. I have the neighbors from hell above our apartment. They have completely forgotten that their floor is our ceiling. They were given a notice of their noise and have been asked to be quiet on numerous occasions but each day I have a headache from their constant noise (not exaggerating either). So the wall are thin as are the ceilings (celing is worse). Although the apartments are clean, smoking is not allowed inside (although some may ignore this), and the common areas are well kept. Overall this is a nice place to live minus the noise. I'll keep you posted on how my noise complaints follow through. If it wasn't for the noise we would be considering staying much longer.
