You don't expect too much from an apartment in this price range, but this place easily exceeded my expectations. There is always parking, since everyone has a garage stall, the lot always has spots for your guests. I've never heard a peep from my neighbors, except the occasional noise from upstairs or kids running down the hall(but that's just part of apartment life). The grounds are well kept, snow removal is done right away, the lawn is mowed, and the party room is great. I feel safe in the building, as it has card/access and cameras in the common areas, It's in a great low-crime west Bloomington neighborhood. The apartment itself is nothing special, but I've definitely seen worse, and don't really have any issues with it. Maintenance has been alright, not always doing the best job, but they have always gotten it right, at least after the second visit. No complaints with the staff, but I haven't had to deal with them much, so I can't really speak to that.
