The management at Emerald Park is awesome! They tend to their units in a timely manner. The property is well maintained and is attractive looking. I was pleased with doing a walk through of a couple of different apartments. I actually had to make a tough decision of which one I really wanted because they were all very appealing. Sandra and Melissa were extremely nice and were punctual in keeping me informed as to the status of the place and the possible move in dates.
The location of Emerald Park is perfect! It was right in the middle of my 2 jobs and was convenient in every way. The noise levels are low and good neighbors surround you in the building.
Maintenance was quick to respond to fix things. The amenities are great. Underground parking is a life saver in the winter, the pool is perfect all year around, and elevator, well you just can't go wrong with an elevator!
I would definitely recommend Emerald Park if you're looking for a nicely taken care of property that is affordable.
