Take my advice.... DO NOT rent an apartment at Emerald Park!! From day one I had nothing but problems from Saundra, the new manager, and it got worse over time. I have always lived in apartment communities and never experienced the disrespect I received there. Because of this, I will NEVER rent an apartment again!!! The amenities are great, but many other apartment complexes have the same amenities. Weigh your options and think twice before you look at an apartment there.

I have never disrespected any tenant that lives here at Emerald Park nor do I have any intention on doing so. I am sure this old tenant was charged with something that he/she thought was unreasonble. I always meet expectations as long as they are reasonable.
