The neighborhood is quiet and clean, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments themselves are priced fairly, modern and clean. Maintenance requests (I've had a couple in the last 4 months) have been taken care of, although it took a little phone harassment and the personnel weren't immediately responsive.

Management, the most important thing in my opinion, was very professional and helpful at the beginning but the office seems understaffed and now it's hard for me to reach anyone. They haven't once in the near 5 months I've lived here returned a phone call. You must get to the office while it is open and someone is there, which can be difficult due to short hours and them frequently out of the office showing property. I don't consider this a major problem, though, I've had much worse management elsewhere.

Additional pluses are that it's quiet and there is secured and heated garage parking for one vehicle. Two thers can park outside in the lot. Amenities are nice, including laundry room and very spacious apartments.

Me and my husband are moving in for the new year and so far the staff has been nothing but helpful they have gotten back to us asap and they were a great help hopefully everything will work out but from what i saw i liked the rooms are big and the laundry room is perfect. Comment back if there is more me and my husband should know about this place.
