I moved into Gatewood Estates in October 2005. At first the place was quiet, staff was friendly and maintenance requests were handled promptly.
In the past 6 months, this place has become horrible. The staff is rude & won't even return phone calls. I have been without fluorescent ceiling lights in my kitchen for 3 weeks & still don't get return phone calls.
I plan to move as soon as possible!!!!

You're going to move out because they won't change your light bulb? I would go to the office and make a request in person. Or write them a letter.
