The Good: Quiet, fairly priced and spacious, washer and dryer in unit

The Bad: Uncertainty as the property is going condo,
understaffed management, high turnover of maintenance
people, few amenities

The Ugly: Dimly lit and dirty garage, not cleaned after the winter
