I have been nothing but pleased with France 98. They have started some renovations here and there, but so far so good. The apartment is huge. I just loved the sunroom/all seasons room. The Residents here appreciate the property, it's like living in luxury without having to pay that price. Having said that, the office staff has always been friendly and professional which really means a lot since professionalism is a rare artform.
