I have lived at Gatewood now for a couple of years. It is now being called France 98. They were going condo, but we asked the office have things changed' Jhamel told us that they still have condo sales, rental and now offering rent to own programs. They really have been putting money into the property. Our building has new carpeting in the halls, new lighting and a fresh coat of paint. I just love the new office staff! What a welcomed change.
