I have lived here for a year and nothing ever gets fixed. Our upstairs toliet broke and water not only came through the floor, it went to the basement. thats how long it took the staff to come fix it. and they didn't even fix it, they just turned it off, it took another month to get the toliet replace. the sink on the first floor fell off the wall, took FOREVER for them to come caulk it back onto the wall. Our basement completly flooded with sewer back up water. they came and drained it right away, but took a week to come clean it, my whole house stunk. And I have a 3yr old living in this, and thjey won't let me break my lease. I live close to a park, and the little criminal in training (kids) are always loud, fighting, smoking whatever, leaving garbage everywhere, and eyeing me as i come and go. This place is so gooddame horrid i can't even mention all the ---- that has happened, please don't move here, it's not worth it, even for the price!!!!!!!!!

that same thing happened to my sink. I called the office 2 times that day asking them to come take a look at it because i noticed it was coming off the wall. They never came until it was too late and then the maintence man jason at the time asked me "how did this happen" are you freaking kidding me? your incompetence is how this happened. the place should be condemned or something. its ridiculous.
