Worst place to live in Bloomington

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
We Lived at Georgetown park for 10 years. We moved in Spring of 1996, The place was very nice. 3 level 3 bedroom townhouse with a completely private fenced in back patio. The neighbors were very nice. Then around 2003-2004 the head maintenance man left and then things went down hill fast. Things no longer got fixed. The siding on the outside of the townhomes would fall off and not get repaired. The gargages looked like a stong wind would blow them over.
The office started to just rent to anyone who would fill out an application and that is when the real problems started. The good, friendly neighbors that had jobs and well behaved children started moving out. All of a suddent there were several teenagers and little kids that would hang out outside all the time. They would stand in the middle of the street and not move for cars. They would sell drugs and yell obsenities to other tenants. They are completely rude and disrepectful. The cops are there almost every day. Cars get broken into all the time. There is basically no guest parking at all and other tenants will let their friends and family members park in other resident parking spaces and do not care.
If it is past dark and you get hungry do not attempt to order a pizza because they will not deliver to Georgetown park once it is dark outside so you know the place is bad.
Also the once very nice completely private patio I had out back was removed. Why' Because all of the fences were removed because the juvenile deliquents that live there would hide behind the fences from the police. So all of the back yard fences were removed. So now if you put anything out back plan on getting it stolen since there is no longer any privacy.
Also, lets not forget the several mice that we would deal with every winter. We found a whole bunch of baby mice in the basement one year. Found several dead all over the townhouse after we laid out our own poison. One year I even got bit by a mouse that was on my kitchen floor dying and had to go to the emergency room.
The playground is always full of broken glass and loud violent teenagers so young children are not able to play in the playground.
It just got to the point where you were no longer safe anywhere on the property. So we moved, We felt that we had no other choice. The office is well aware of the problem with the children that live on site but several of the teenagers that stand outside selling drugs take the city bus from North and South Minneapolis.
One of the neighbors did get beat up by one of the teenagers when he got angry and went outside taking trash, The police had to come.
I admit for that less than $1,000 is a good price for a 3 bedroom 3 level townhome but your life has to be worth more.
