The walls on the units are paper thin and you can clearly hear all of your neighbors conversations, also, on the lower units you can listen to the patter of feet above you. The heat in the winter is very poor, you have an extremely limited means of adjustment. This is done on purpose, so, the apartment doesn't have to pay much of an electric bill. If you move in, make sure take a couple of good blankets with you. The heritage hills condo's are just across the way, a cheap condo conversion, i assure you'll see some of these for sale continuously. I would not recommend this apartment to a friend. These apartments were put up on the cheap, the builder did a very poor job.
