I have lived here for about 8 years. When I first moved in it was VERY nice newly renovated. Microwaves, dishwashers....However, in the past few years it has gone DOWN hill. Maintence is Ridiculus(sp') Slow and not done properly. The ceilings leak in the bathroom and they do an "patch up" job to fix it, soon it will leak again and "they can't figure it out" People continue to urinate in the elevator, they are yet to do something about it. Very frustrating because they do have nice floor plans and it looks good on the outside, until you dig a little deeper. If you look at an apartment all you have to do is look at the ceilings in the bathroom and that will tell everything.
