Fairly spacious apartment with underground and lot parking, a balcony, walk-in closet; new kitchen appliances (range, microwave, fridge), like-new counter top, and newer floor covering in kitchen; carpet needs replacing (I knew that before moving in, but the management doesn't know I'm I a responsible cat owner or they may have replaced it; I use lots of area rugs to cover the worn, stained, and cigarette-burned spots).

Lots of kid noise in the halls and outside, but very quiet surroundings at night--usually. Occasional laughing/loud talking on balconies can sometimes continue 'til midnight or so (at least it did last summer).

Some tenants are slobs and leave fast food bags, candy wrappers, etc. all over the grounds and hallways--there's no way the cleaning staff can keep up.

As for maintenance...things seem to get fixed adequately, but it takes FOREVER before it's done--I tend to fix minor things like a dripping faucet or running toilet myself instead of waiting months for them to make repairs.
