I have been here for 2 and a half years now. I did notice a downward slide in maintainance and management until about May when new maintainance was hired, and the interm management started to clean up the bad tennants. The maintainance has been top notch since May, Quickly kept up and properly fixed. This Maint. person is on site so things are done quickly when they are called in. The pool is yet to be re opened but I have been assured that repairs are going to be made and this will be resolved this coming summer. Over all the building is very nice, of course with any building you could get some noise from people moving about and such but this is very rare and every time I have asked someone to keep it quieter they have complied in a friendly manner.

I agree with the change in management in May, they have taken care of the bad tenants. And I feel safe living here. However, maintenance is put off, and put off, if it is more than a minor problem (faucet etc). If it will cost more than a small amount of money, it gets put on the back burner for months. I seriously question the ability of this complex to keep up with the needs of the tenants. I do not blame the present management OR maintenance personnel. I blame the budget that have to adhere to; dictated by the Property Management/Owner's company. It is inadequate, and probably due to financial hardship on the Property Owner's part. Until the Property Management is ready to keep things up in a timely manner, I do NOT recommend this building to anyone. Not for $100 rebate, not for any amount of money. When this changes, I will update this review.
