I have lived at I.V. a year now and have nothing but a pleasant wonderful experience. Rent is a little high but worth it for all the ammenities...I was contemplating moving after a year to find cheaper rent but couldn't give up this wonderful place. The few problems I have had were fixed right away..friendly staff and treat residents very well...with many free planned activities. I feel spoiled here. I'm not even sure how there could be any bad reviews.
