I have lived at I.V. for about 15 years now in various apartments. I love I.V. and would recommend it to anyone. Though the buildings are older, they are well maintained. The maintenance staff are all very friendly and handle maintenance requests as quickly as possible. The rest of the staff is friendly as well, including caretakers, Beth and office personal. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Beth, our full time Activities Director, does a wonderful job at planning activities and events to get involved in. There is pretty much something to do everyday of the month. The only problems that I have had were some noisy and inconsiderate neighbors that took a number of compliants for something to be done about them. Although, you will find that in any apartment complex you live in. I just wish that it would have been dealt with after the first or second complaint. Other than that, this is a GREAT place to live.
