This is in response to the letter dated 02-24-07...according to the meeting last night we know may be charged for water and garbage. I would rather give up on the $40,000 movie theater and keep rent prices where they're at!
The last time I saw a movie at the clubhouse there were maybe 4 people there. Not worth the money. And as for the new manager, I've seen him several times and never once as he introduced himself to me. So I can't say anything about him.
And as for Justin, not sure what you mean when you say there's always room for improvement. I find Justin very personable and as far as I know he will only be with us a short while longer. Everyone I have spoken to is very upset that he's going. But I guess thats what big business is about, cutting costs at the expense of the little people.

To clarify the above message: Justin is staying on board so obviously the resident above has the wrong information, as a matter of fact, please ask the manager yourself. In addition, many residents do like the movies, including myself & the theater room isn't being billed back via the water & sewer. Many communities participate in some form of recovery fees for utilities. My recommendation is speak to the manager & get answers from him as opposed to rumors. PS - this manager is alot nicer than the previous manager who wasn't approachable & is focused on customer service. |
