We lived at I.V. for 7 months. Rent was kind of expensive for a small one bed one bath. The ammenities were very good. Great fitness center, pools were awesome, parking was pretty good, and snow and ice removal were excellent. Never had a problem with noisy neighbors either. A couple complaints I had were that they had a window unit air conditioner to cool down the whole apartment, which didn't work well at all. During the summer it was constantly 90 plus degrees in there. Other than that it was pretty good. Just got too small for us, and no deck made us feel trapped sometimes.
