There are much better places for the money

They try to sell you with the nice clubhouse amenities... but after living here we've decided it isn't worth the money because the apartments themselves are crap. The apartments are old and outdated- they expect one little window unit to cool the entire apartment' Our unit broke in August (during a really big hot spell, I might add) and they told us that they were out of new units and we would have to deal with it until next season. When you are paying $760 for a 1bd 1bth apartment (which is rather high in itself) you expect to have air conditioning whenever you want it. Our dishwasher also broke at one point and it took them almost a week to come fix it. Ice/snow removal is terrible- you can expect for the winter months to walk through the parking lot on a sheet of ice. But they make sure to remove the ice around the clubhouse and office for prospective residents!
In addition, this place is Not dog friendly. We have a dog and when we moved in residents were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming to the idea of having a dog in the building. If you have a dog and/or want a better value for your money, look for a nicer place with better maintenance. For this kind of money you could get something much better.
