I a currently living here and I have to say it's a nice place. Here you get what you pay for which is a little more then most but really not that bad. If we ever have maintenance issues they take care of it right away and the buildings are kept up very well. I've had some noise from other apartments but rarely anything that lasts more then 10 minutes. I just wish we could have dogs on every floor instead of just first and second but it's not a big deal. Also, if you are looking for GREAT pools and lots of activities then you should move here. I have very few complaints about IV!
