Is the place that horrible for what you pay' I am afraid. I have been living in Mpls Dinky area for a few years and now sick of it. I have a cat and need a more pet friendly, clean, quiet and relaxing place. I really hate even a trace of smoke and noise. Is it safe to store a car in paid garage or paking on the free ground just as good and safe as storing in the garage' How is Int'l village like during Summer as far as maintenance goes' dirty' annoying residents' loud' hot room temperature'

If you are considering this place it is worth it. i have lived here for a year ans am about to resign, i have one car in a garage and one parked outside, no issues ever. there is a great deal of diversity here but everyone is really friendly and always talks to one another. i never hear my neighbours, i recomend this 110% if you have any questions or concerns the staff is on top of it all the time, there is one dumb girl in the office but she is still a hard worker. its safe, clean, nice, friendly. definately go for it!
