Should I move in here'

I am seriously considering moving in here at the end of the month. However, the price is VERY high for a one bedroom. I was wondering if there is anything comparable to this place for cheaper. Also, how much is charged per month for the trash and water' That is also a big concern for me. I would like to hear both the good and the bad. I just think that $825 a month for rent plus electric is pretty pricey, even with all the amenities. So, I would like to know if it's worth it and if they tack on extra costs. It seems like they sneak in a lot. I shouldn't say sneak per say, but I have NEVER had to pay for trash and water, nor have I had to pay an administration fee!'! What is that anyway, I think it's a bunch of B.S. Any and all comments will help. THANKS! :)

girl you can nice place and not have to pay a heffy price you need to look at what you want in an apartment new or older, but maintain well and stuff like that $825/month is a lot. I only pay $620.00/month 725sq.ft. at Fox Ridge Estates in Eagan plus I'm close to everything too. Also by the way you can get 2br. for 720.00/month 929-974sq.ft. garage $35.00/month.
