This place is not what you think it is. We lived there for over a year and had nothing but problems! Disorganized managers that can't get their story straight. Smoke coming up from the apartment under us and ruining all of our clothes. They do have laundry on site, but you have to fight to use it, and usually it just takes your money and it doesn't work. Don't bother trying to get your money back either, because they won't give it to you. Garbage and litter all over our parking lot and no one picks it up! This place is a DUMP!! I wouldn't live there if it was Free.

I live there and if i ever loose money in the machines i get it back from the office with no problems. I have not had garbage issues in my parking lot although there are many buildings, i just call and talk to the manager and explain that things should be picked up and within a day or two my concerns about the cleanliness have been taken care of and i havent had any since. The only day i fight to wash is on a sunday unless i do it first thing in the morning at like 9am, no problems then. Im not sure why you were unhappy, although its unfortunate for you but that is definately not an all around concensus on the apartment complex.

I haven't had any problems like this. The laundry machines do break once in a while but the management will refund you. I also agree that Sunday is the only day it takes a while to get a machine. I don't know I like living here!

Hard to believe both of you! I have had nothing but problems since the day I moved in. I'm sure that Mr.Anonymous up there works there, since he/she posted that about 5 minutes after this was posted. The place looks nice on the outside, but truly sucks once you look a little deeper!

WOW Mr.TownHomeHappy, Let it go! You had a bad experiance now move on, It sounds like you are very hard to pleae and should own your own home so you will always be happy.I dont think you guys have seen the work out room, FYI all equipment is brand new there are maybe two old peices but they work. SO good luck to you.
