50 years old apartment

1) Heat has stopped working for three times for this winter with single digit temperature outside.

2) People in office will say whatever they want to get your money. a) I asked an additional key for my wife, they said it's $20. What the ----! I paid rent for two people and the additional key is $20' They waived it after I told them my friend living in the same building already know their trick about key fee and he argued a lot to get a free key...
b) My friend also has a free closet to use, but I don't. They said he must move in during some promotions, but my friend said absolutly NO.
c) I rented a garage but the door could not be open. They first let me park in the other one (sharing with another person) before they can fix that. But suddenly my stuff were threw out and i can't enter the temporarily garage. Nobody call me about this. So I parked out side even I paid them $50 a month for that.....

Which building are you in? I think there are 9 out here, so there are bound to be different issues, however i have been here since 07 and our heat has not been out, not once. As far as the additional key thing, it is written in your lease about how much additional keys are etc, its in black and white, and if you signed your lease you should know that. Yes, it sort of sucks, but hey, you signed the legal document. Ive rented garages before, and there was a mix up and my stuff was moved, by no means do they throw away anything in there, they put it in a office storage until you call to claim it unless its large amts of time, then they will just throw it. All in all, IV is a nice place to live, sometimes management is a bit lame, but i think all management companies can be.
