I moved here a couple of months ago. The location is perfect and the amenities are the best I've seen in any apartment that I've lived at before.
The only problems I've had with the place are: Billing, they never seem to have my bill right, there's always some beginning balance that they cant explain when I ask about it and they either forget to put the garage on the bill or forget to put a couple of utilities on it...
On top of that I have a rude neighbor who complains if I'm playing music in my house at 1pm on a SATURDAY afternoon! The first time, I admit, the bass on my stereo was a little loud so I did turn it down when she rudely came banging on my door. The second time however, I was playing a boom box (not the stereo with the bass because I didn't want to be noisy like last time) in the kitchen while I was cooking at 12pm and if I were to go stand in the bathroom with the door open, I could barely hear it, but once again, she RUDELY started banging on my walls. but she doesn't have a problem with people working on cars at 9pm with loud machinery on a Tuesday night... HMM!
Another thing was, they have updated washers and dryers but the first week I moved in only ONE washer was working and it took them about two weeks to fix the issue. After they fixed that, one of the dryers stopped working!!
Other than those three problems, the place is great and I definitely think that the price is worth what you get.
As far as the staff goes, I've read a couple of other reviews that were posted that said that the staff is nonprofessional and ghetto.. totally not true! I work with Phil most of the time and he's really professional and super nice and easy going.

Not enough parking. The staff, at least Andrea, is very rude and very cold. Better places for the money
