These apartments are fairly well maintained and all maitenance requests are completed fairly quickly. However, the major drawback is the laundry rooms. There is 1 facility per building, even though there are 3 floors and no elevators. I live on the bottom and have to carry laundry up 3 flights of stairs...not fun! Also, there are only 3 washers & 3 dryers in each and they frequently shut off while you're doing laundry because of a circuit breaker. If you do laundry in the evening or on weekends like I do, you will not find anyone to reset the circuit breaker, so you will be taking your sopping wet clothes out of the washer and carrying them down to your apt. I've done this over 6 times.
