The walls are VERY thin, including the floors. I can hear EVERYTHING the person upstairs is doing, which is wonderful when bedrooms are stacked on top of eachother in an apartment building. I hear loud music, I got woken up by a jackhammer 2 mornings (and I am a restaurant manager, I sleep in when I close the night before), and never got a warning about it. One of the washers in the facility stained my clothes this nasty greenish/brown color (spots on white garments) so I end up going to the laundromat more often than doing laundry there. Parking isn't that great in the winter, because they don't check if you have a pass or not. The inside of the apartment is nice, spatious and the kitchen appliances are new. But, the surrounding issues are making me move.
