where do i start' the management is terrible. they had my heat/air conditioning unit wired backwards for a year and a half!!! so thanks to them i paid triple on my energy bills. the walls are horribly thin and all the bedrooms seem to be on top of each other so you get to hear EVERYTHING everyone does around you. Because of that I have had the police called on me playing with my kids because they were laughing too loud. I have also gotten fines for my kids bike being left on my porch for 3 hours too long. I have gotten threatened with fines because sidewalk chalk looks dirty, so my kids got in trouble from that as well. The construction that happens every summer to the undersized parking lot is ridiculous. You get woken up by jackhammers at 6am every morning during some summer days without warning and my apt is right next to the lot. then the workers leave at 11am and come back at 2 for maybe and hour so it basically just screws up nap and sleep times if you have any kids at all. and god whatever u do, dont let them get sick or they will never sleep. they also have u get passes to park in the parking lot but never check them and there is never a parking spot past 9 or 10 at night so u may have to park a block or two away. they have lost my lease this year alone 3 times. i repeat...3TIMES!! and still accuse me of never signing on for this year!!! yeah they have a pool, but if there is ever heated water in there, u will feel lucky. the laundry rooms are a joke. half the time they dont work. if u go to any other floor other than 1st, you get to dry your clothes 3 or 4 times so they arent sopping wet anymore. then the dryers have blown up a few times as well. thank you fire dept for saving this --------. they also do landscaping evfery summer because they dont water the grass so it dies every year. but i guess this year they smartened up, cuz now they have a sprinkler pointed right on my porch every day its sunny my kids cant play outside now. they also refuse to give you your mail if it gets sent to the office if u had a package sent until your rent is paid. so all in all these apt have committed misdemeanors and federal offenses just with me and my husband and kids here for 2 years. they say they have a pet policy saying dogs are not allowed but some residents are allowed and others are not. i moved in here with a snake and 2 years later they threaten to evict me if i dont get rid of it even tho i signed all those damn leases owning a snake and when i interviewed this damn place they knew id move in with one. oh yeah and did i mention they refused to resign the lease they lost because i kept going in demanding a copy of the lease i had signed and they didnt want to deal with me anymore. because i asked for what was legally obligated to me, they kicked me and my kids out. good riddence in my mind. but now they are trying to add up as many fines as they can to get the last of whatever money they can out of me. all in all, terrible, horrible conditions and places to live here. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

In response to this smear letter, I am a resident at Parkview apartments and I know who this person is. We were their neighbors and we are very happy living at Parkview aparetments. Management has a lease with policies outlined with a resident handbook and its obvious they never read it. It states that the only pets allowed are cats. (And they now allow dogs in one building). NO Snakes or Rats. We as residents were fearful of getting bugs in our apartment, because they would never clean their apartment or take out their trash. When they would take out their trash it would only make it to their patio, they would pile their large trash bags and beer bottles on their patio, so anyone coming to the building to visit would have to walk pass their mess and trash. When you would walk pass their apartment and the blinds would be open you could see how filthy their apartment was, they never cleaned. Needless to say, we as residents are VERY glad this family is gone. They were rule breakers. They thought the rules did not apply to them, just everyone else. The hallway where they lived always smelled of garbage because they never took out their trash!..... How would you like to have a Boa constrictor living next door to YOU??? When they left their apartment it was totally trashed! this women NEVER cleaned her apartment. It was absolutly filthy! Cat poop in the closet, cat vomit in bedroom, Buggers on the wall, Dust all the way up the walls, Oil left smeared all over the counter tops, need I say more. You must get the picture by now. They had to replace everything in there. I've heard her screaming and swearing at the office staff and she was being VERY disrespectful to the staff. Management has been doing updates to the property and they will be making noise when they are working. And this is why they are running Parkview down now?? We as neighbors, are glad they are gone. I have lived with Parkview apartments for 5 years. It is a nice clean and safe place to live. I highly recommend it to others. The office staff is very nice and freindly to all, it's just the rule breakers that have a problem. Mmmm, is this a good neighbor!!! Let's be honest, A resident who loves Parkview!

First off kids toys all over the living room floor is not garbage so screw you. And yes I was given fines for the 2 days that i left garbage on my porch for my husband to take out, omg. i lived there 2 years and 2 days u saw garbage. Sounds like all you did was wait to see what the next move I made was. And when i went to see the apt prior to moving in or signing anything, I told them i had a snake and she said it was allowed as long as it wasnt a huge Boa. And my snake is only 3 feet long full grown so gee im sure he wont get you. Plus he was locked in a tank. I signed my lease with them knowing and aware I was brining him inside with me. And yes I yelled and screamed at the staff. they are incompetent and ignorant -------s. I simply gave them my opinion. Sorry for having the ability to speak my mind. But how can you lose a signed lease 3 times in one year? They refused to return phone calls. The office was barely ever open. They didnt fix problems with the heating or air unit till the upper management came for a full building inspection and we were able to make it aware to them. Because they didnt even return phone calls. This place was a joke. I guess if you near 80 years old and just dont care or give a ---- anymore this place would be fine. thats what most the residents are turning into I suppose. but if you have an actual family and want an actual DECENT living space, DO NOT GO HERE.

Im trying to find a place for my boyfriend and I, it will be our first place... I personally dont want to have loud children as neighbors, nor filthy.. So this may not be the place.
