Beware of BAD MANAGEMENT

My husband lived there 4 days before he died. I wasn't on the lease yet the charged me for a 60 day notice and took his damage deposit. They are the least understanding people I know, and don't keep to there word.
Didn't make repairs to unit before moving in as promised.

If you were still married to him when he died, they by law they can charge the estate for the term of the lease. If you were charged for only the notice period, then count yourself lucky. They could have charged you for the term of your lease, depending on the lease contract.
