I was pleased at first about the place. Then when we were nearing the end of our lease the Management call me and said I was locked into the month-to-month rate. I guess I missed the notification of vacating by 12 hrs. The Management was rude and Bigos was very rude as well. I am buying and moving into a new house and they want me to pay another months rent. Pebblebrooks way of giving a notice is to lay it by your door. I never recieved a notice, and they say I owe them. The seemingly nice management folk were evil and haters at the end. If you pay more money they love you and are your best friend.
DO NOT RENT HERE, THE PLACE IS LOUD AND THE PUNKS LOVE THE MUSIC.
