Definitely not worth the money. The management is annoying.
- They are not good with packages (Lets call the resident 4x a day until a package is picked up. Never mind that it just arrived today. Literally, "We can't accommodate a package of this size." It was a freaking computer box).
- Note crazy. They love to leave notes at your door and all over the complex. I don't think sticking it on my door is a safe/efficient way to communicate. They also lack spell check.
- Ridiculous hours. Their hours will change to be inconvenient. Of course complexes can close early; no one works right'
- Rent increases will kill you. Ours went up $150 in one year. Oh right, they had to pay to get rid of amenities this year (tennis court) and put in one that no one will use. Who is going to put down $300 to rent a pool table. Seriously.
- Poor maintenance response. Let's wait all winter to do a fix that you definitely could have done during the winter. I'm glad I'll be moving out before I spend another winter with an ice covered window; at least the fungus is gone :)
