Bigos Mgmt needs the book "Management for Dummies". Wouldn't hurt the office staff if they had the book as well.

Where do I begin. THE MANAGEMENT! They need real office staff instead of the two young snots in there now. You get treated like you're a $ sign instead of a resident. It's always someone elses fault and never the result of mismanagement. How is stability maintained in a complex where the complex mgmt has changed 3x in 1 1/2 years; problems go unresolved, neglected, and somehow immune to new mgmt. THE RENT! $760/mo for 700sq ft that goes up to $800 next. What a joke. All rent money goes towards ammenities like a hot tub thats always out of order or the pool area in general which spends more time closed than open. MAINTENANCE! One walk through the buildings and the sights and smells speak for themselves. And I hope your problem isn't urgent cause time isn't a factor when getting things done. THE RESIDENTS! Yeah there are many tenants that need to get a clue, but I'm talking about the ones with multiple legs that come out at night, BED BUGS. If you move into building 2 you might be lucky enough to be part of the 25% of the building that has been infested with these funfilled residents. Don't go to mgmt about it, 25% of the building isn't a big enough problem for them, oh right, it's not their problem anyway. They play the blame game. COMMUNICATION! Their way of this is to tape notices on your door or slide them underneath. Not realistic at all, seeing as how your phone number is provided for them. And the winter notices for snow removal and towing, a joke as well. During the winter of '07 there were notices that towing would start at 2pm for cars in the way of snow removal. Seems contradicting of the local flatbed towtruck which was leaving the lot with a car on the bed and one towed behind it at 12:30pm. Just another example of the great mgmt practices and stability of the complex. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend $150/mo more and go somewhere else.
Pay no attention to that ridiculous banner that reads " YOU'VE SEEN THE REST NOW SEE THE BEST", cause I'm pretty sure it was a prank when it was put up there.
