The location is one of the few good things about this place. But don't let the location tempt you, the office staff is terrible they would show up in our apartment several times per month and just walk in so privacy is out of the question. The building itself had constant problems with plumming and heat on more then one occasion I came home to 2 inches of water standing on the floor that had come up through the drains. Heat was either so hot you could barely breath of so cold you couldn't stand to be without a coat and you didn't get to pick which one it would be, it just varried by the day. The office would threaten to "fine" us for at least one thing a month for things that made no sense, some of these included a cigarette butt that the people above us dropped on our patio (they said we where making a mess), an imaginary cat that they though we had against policy (they would stage little inspections or "raids" as we called them to catch this cat that didn't exist), and my all time favorite the grill on our patio. Now I don't know if it's i'llegal or if it's not so that's not the part that bothered me but when we moved in I specifically asked if we could use a gas grill on our patio and the office said that it would be fine as long as it was gas not charcoal. When we then moved in we set up my grill and where promptly "fined" by PB and told if it was not removed that day we would be evicted. All this was told to us by the same lady that managed the office that told us it would be just fine a few months earlier when she wanted to rent us the apartment. Pool and hot tub where almost always closed, door locks never worked correctly, underground parking door access pad usually broken, the maintence guys where really nice and whenever we had something inside our apartment give us problems they where on it immediatly. He even came at 11 at night from his house one time when we had water problems. I could go on for hours but I'll cut it short and end on something that has no reflection on PB but just popped into my head form being on the topic. We lived in building 2 and there was a older lady that lived next door who would get drunk and try to molest anyone that would walk the halls and there was one day where i guess no one was in the hall to harass so she came over and knocked on our door neither me or my wife where home but i had a friend hat was staying with us from out of town, when he asnwered the door she cussed him out because he appearently "wasn't supposed to be there" and "had no business being there is he didn't pay the rent" then if i remeber right she tried to feel him up and left only to catch me later in the hall to complain about HIM being mean! LOL I almost miss that crazy drunk old bag, at least she kept us on our toes!
