I lived at Pebblebrook a few years ago in a studio. It worked out great for me and the price was right. I never had any issues, though heard noise once in a while, but that's expected. After 4 months, I needed to break my lease and they found someone to rent the studio and that let me out with no fees. The location was perfect for shopping or anything. Since then, it looks like they have remodeled and added some amenities. It also looks like the prices have not increased much in the past few years, which is great with the additions they have made. I would recommend living there. It felt like home and was comfortable. I know it was only a short time but first impressions were good. Some people just blow things way out of proportion. Lifes too short to be so upset about something that really is not life threatening or life changing. Lighten up, no place is perfect.
