I have been a resident at Pebblebrook for nearly 3 years now.To be honest, I was directed towards this website by one of the staff while I was having a candid conversation with them. I was thanking them for the improving conditions I was noticing lately. Let me point out that this is a new staff. There have been a number of changes in the staff since I have lived here, but this crew seems to different than the others I have dealt with. I have read most of the reviews here and I admit that if I knew of this site a year ago, I would be on the bandwagon for bashing this property, BUT today ... I am optomistic and truely believe that there is a positive change happening here.Some of the complaints in the past were legitimate and alot of the complaints sound like someone trying to point the blame in another direction.And with other complaints, I don't understand how a person can blame management over issues that they would have no control over. I'm not saying things are perfect, but I do know now that if I need something fixed, it will be taken care of quickly and if I have a complaint, management will listen. I may not like the answer, but they will hear me and explain their response SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Most of the complaints sound legitimate to me. I have lived here for three years and some things still exist that others have already mentioned, lack of professionalism (sometimes very rude). Leaving notes all around the building only makes the complex look tacky,let alone the unfinished painting in the hallways, security a BIG problem, locks on the doors are always damaged by whom? but it is the managements responsibility to make sure things are taken care of. When there's snow/ice grounds keeper seems to take their time clearing things from side walks and building entrances, needs improvement. I think it would be a good idea for management to listen and respect the tenants or continue to have apartment turn-overs. (Think about investing in security cameras for entryways, laundry rooms, club house, and the garage) in this way you can catch theives and persons damaging the property.
