I have read every single review here and for the most part I'd have to agree with what I've read. To start off, the people who work in the office and yes this includes the manager are awful (Is this better' :-))You call them for an emergency maintance request and when they arrive they are rude. The ladys in the office where extremely plesant when I came to look at the apartment, but once I signed the lease it was like Dr Jeckle and Mr Hyde - they all seemed to grow horns. It seems like they are only nice when you are going to drop off your rent. THE WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE ALWAYS BROKE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pool and hottube are disgusting. I have only been in there once and I witnessed a group of young ladies in the hotubs in their BRA AND PANTIES and this is when the office was open! The building always had food thrown on the floor in the side halfway. Not only food but garbage, garbage bags, EGGS, clothes, whatever. The family above me never slept, they would be up all hours of the night running and jumping, bouncing balls and whatnot. I complained 3 times but it all fell apun deaf ears. I moved in back in December of 07' and tried to get out of my lease 2 months later, they said I had to pay a buyout fee which was damn near 2,000! They won't let you sublease, you have to pay the buyout fee. This place is NOT worth anyones time. They apartments are beautiful BUT in the long run, it just isnt worth it. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 and go up the street and find you somethin worth your money.

Oh one more thing, the garbage shoot is clogged weekly! They have signs posted all over the building about not leaving your garbage sitting in the garbage shoot area when it is clogged, or else this will attract mice. Well low and behold, just last month, the garbage shoot was clogged for a whole week! 7 days! And I go down into the basement to throw away my trash and there were TONS of mice eating the garbage, which was laid on the ground around the trash can. That very next day I saw a mice crawling up the vines outside of someones apartment. Sorry but if you like sharing your house with rodents, this is the right place for you :-)
