I moved into Pebblebrook in July and have had a great experience so far. Upon move in, my apartment was in great condition. Every time I have been in the office, the staff has been friendly.
I think that living in a community in which there are as many units as in this large complex, there will be issues with neighbors and noise occasionally. However, this does not make it a bad place to live.
All the bad reviews must have been from a long time ago, and there must have been great improvements in the way they do things. I am not planning on leaving any time soon, and I really am glad to call this place home!
