I have lived at Pebble Brook for 3 months now and love it! My apt is Huge, and so cute! Everytime I have someone over for the first time they are floored at how cute my apt is and how clean the apartment property is kept up. I always use their ammenties as well. The taning bed, work out room, sauna, pool, hot tub ....all are maintained well and clean and I enjoy being able to take advantage of them. My parking spot is next to the garbage so I'm surprised at how well they keep things maintained as it always is. I have met some really nice people who live here as well. A cute elderly couple lives down the hall from me and I always chit chat with them, along with some young boys across the hall that are just here for the summer for work. The halls are always clean smelling, compared to some apartments I've been to this was a major selling point for me.

I will probablly live here until I buy my first house so 2-3 years and so far this has been a great experience and I'm in love with the community! It's not perfect, but it stays perfected and is always trying to make things better, I looked at 15 properties before signing a lease with pebblebrook apt's and I haven't regretted my desicion once.
