Okay until you move out

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
There is three buildings I used to live in the 9851 building.
I thankfully did get my deposit back but fought about it for a long time. They came in to our apartment with a black light to check for stains on our carpet. I told them that the carpet was not brand new when we moved in plus we lived there for over 2 years so there should be some wear to the carpet. There were no visible stains but they found something with the black light. Thankfully I had the original check in sheet with a sign statement from previous manager stating that the carpet was not brand new. This is the only reason why I got my deposit back was from a simple piece of paper that I had, they lost the copy they had in the office. They even lost my lease in the office. There were a ton of things wrong with the office.
The underground parking is a nightmare to get in and out of one's spot. The spots are all super close to the next car. There is no rhyme or reason why they put the spots where they do. In the time we lived there cars were broken into especially during the holidays and winter months.
The buzzer system works on a phone number that one's gives to the office. Which is handy until you move out and they don't take your number out of the system. When you call they don't know how to take it out. It took calling corporate and an email to get it out of the system.
The maintenance was really good until they fired the best maintenance man I ever had. I was very sad about this. They forced him to move out right away.
My neighbor had mold in her apartment from a window. There were mice on the balconies and I lived on an upper floor. There were no windows in some of the apartments only sliding glass doors which were really drafty in the winter months.
The stack-able washer and dryer was a joke. Maybe three items would fit on a large load in the washer.
Because this is a cement as I called building if someone put there toilet seat down it would echo throughout the whole building. I could hear neighbors and noise.
The indoor pool was really cold even in the summer time. No one could enjoy it and it was never used because of how cold it was.
Lastly, management comes and goes and is not consistent at all. I don't think they pay well.
