I moved into PB apts in March 2009 and am just loving this place. This place is so centrally located to all the things in Bloomington. Southdale mall (3 miles), Mall of America (7 miles), Airport (10 miles), Cub Foods (1 mile) etc. Also, there is a bus service which is available right outside the apt. The bus can take you right to any of the locations mentioned above.

The hallways are clean and smell nice. As far as other facilities goes, they have a work out area, which is small but okay, pool looks nice (haven't used it yet) and there is plenty of space to park outside. They do have indoor parking (a must for MN winter) which is heated, so no more cleaning up your car in the morning in the bitter cold. The maintenance staff is prompt and does the job well.

I have a 2 bed 2 bath apt and its huge, love it! I also got a great deal for the apt!

Some of the drawbacks of this property are, tight spots in the indoor parking, so one has to squeeze in their cars, there is only one laundry room per bldg, which kind of sucks considering the number of apts per bldg.

However, this is a great place to be and I love it! Will definately renew my lease (which ends in March 2010)

Dear TooBrown, Thank you for taking the time to post about your experience living at Pebblebrook. We always appreciate hearing both the good and the "not so great" so that we can continue to improve. We hear you about the parking situation. We had to choose between roomier spots or fitting a few extra cars in during the cooooold winter months we get here in MN - and the cold won! Remember that the laundry rooms at Pebblebrook Flats are open 24 hours a day to try to work around everyone's schedule. But, if you'd like more flexibility, an apartment in Pebblebrook Court comes with it's own washer and dryer! Again, thank you for taking the time to post, we appreciate it! Laurel Z.
