I am a current resident of South Pointe, I have been a resident for almost 2 yrs. The maintainance at the complex is amazing! They always keep the grounds and the hallways perfect. It is very quiet and safe place to live. It is a good place for someone with kids, although the bedrooms are small, there is a lot of land for kids to play outside. The management can be a little nosey which is a little annoying and their smiles dont seem to be genuine. Also when we moved in, they had free cable included which was a selling point, but within three months, they cancelled their cable contract. The rent is raised $30, and because of that my family has decided not to extend our lease and to buy a home. But this is a great place to live if you want a quiet and safe place for your family or yourself.One more thing, there is only one washer and dryer between 11 apartments
