They furnish heat..but the apartments are COLD. They have an inside pool... but it's always closed 'until further notice'. Maintenance is a joke, the number of times they have to come back. Office staff are pleasant until you have a problem, then they use rudeness and outright nasty to get rid of you. The place is tacky and police are here and doing arrests...a lot. Save your sanity, go someplace else. We'll see if I get my deposit back or not.

I've never had a cold apartment except when I've turned down the heat. As for the indoor pool, see my response to another review. Maintenance in the past has been a bit problematic, but currently it's quite good. Office staff has always been nice to me, even when I've come to them with problems. As for the police, when are they showing up? I rarely see them. Maybe a couple of times a month, but with 250 units, that does leave a lot of room for complaints and problems.
