I have been living at Southgate for about 10 years, It is real nice here for the money, I have had issues here and there, but your going to have that any where you go. The past year they have all new staff in office and they are Very Very Nice and always go out of their way to help, And also New Custodians who are on call so always there to help. My building is always Very Clean and the only Noise I really hear in my building is from the indoor pool or party room. I just heard about this site and have read the other comments and had a good laugh, I think alot of those are from the Trouble that they have got rid of here. I have never saw a roach or mouse, Real nice and freandly people and staff.
