I have lived here for almost 2 years now, I like the office staff and my caretaker is nice and keeps my building clean, But I do have a friend who lives in the pond view building 1001 and it is really bad and never gets cleaned, Lights out in halls alot and laundry rooms gross, she is thinking about moving and her caretaker who brings her kids with her to clean and they just run wild, Very loud. I come home from work every night to the maintenance staff drinking and getting drunk with some residence in the garage area (Very Un-professional) and I have called in things that need to be fixed in my apartment and after the 3rd time of them not fixing it right I had my dad fix it. The garage door is always left open and is supposed to be a secured area. It's nice to have the 2 pools but then again maintenance will be out there with friends and they are drinking and being very loud where I dont feel comfortable taking my Small child in there and it says no glass bottles but I guess they work here they seem to do what they want. Im not sure who hires these people but they should probably check in on them alittle bit better. I have never saw a mouse or roach tho like I have read in the other comments. So I would say for the 2 years I have been here the only problem I see is with the Maintenance staff and 1001 building and the caretaker for that building.
